Premier League clubs on transfer red alert after Real Madrid sensationally ‘RULE OUT move for Kylian Mbappe’


REAL MADRID have sensationally ruled out a swoop for Kylian Mbappe, according to reports.

The Spanish giants have been strongly linked with the Frenchman throughout the last two summer transfer windows.

In 2022 Los Blancos felt that they had sealed a deal to sign him, only for Mbappe to shock them by signing a two-year extension with PSG.

Mbappe, 24, is once again in the final year of his deal at Parc des Princes.

He has been widely expected to this time sign for Real Madrid.

But according to Spanish outlet Cadena Ser, the LaLiga side will NOT be making a move for him.

They claim that Real Madrid deem Mbappe’s salary demands to be too high.

It’s reported that the France forward would demand at least £330,000 a week to move to Madrid.

By contrast, Jude Bellingham is claimed to earn £150k a week.

The report also claims that Mbappe will be TOO OLD for Madrid chiefs’ liking.

He is set to turn 25 next month, with Real Madrid having prioritised big-money swoops for younger players in recent windows.

It’s also claimed that Madrid bosses are wary of a fan backlash against Mbappe.

Many supporters were left upset by Mbappe’s decision to renew his deal with PSG two summers ago.

Asked for comment after his side’s 3-0 Champions League win over Braga this evening, coy Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti said: “No comment. I won’t answer this about Mbappe.”

Madrid’s stance is set to put Premier League teams on red alert.

Liverpool reportedly believe that they could complete a sensational deal after six years of talks with Mbappe’s camp.

Manchester United, Newcastle and Chelsea would also be likely to covet a deal.

While another extension at PSG has not yet been ruled out.
