THE Premier League is set to end it’s partnership with Nike after 25 years.
US-based sportswear brand Nike has supplied the league’s match balls since the 2000-01 campaign.
However, Puma will take over from the 2025-26 season.
According to The Athletic, Nike had the chance to extend it’s 25-year partnership beyond 2025, but negotiations failed to reach a positive conclusion.
German firm Puma has since agreed a deal with the top flight of English football.
And fans are far from happy.
