The Blues are likely to shift some players from their bloated squad while their new boss will likely want to bring in some names of his own.
Two of the stars Chelsea have been linked to come from West London rivals Brentford who triumphed at Stamford Bridge yesterday.
Ivan Toney, the third-highest scoring in the player in the Premier League this season, is believed to be of interest to the goal-shy Blues.
The 27-year-old has been a revelation for Brentford and has enjoyed a rapid climb up from the lower leagues of English football in a short space of time.

Football London reports that the Brentford keeper David Raya could also be targeted.
No.1 has also been a problem position for Chelsea as mistakes have crept back into Kepa Arrizabalaga’s game while Edouard Mendy was dropped earlier this season.

Meanwhile, Bild reports that Chelsea may let Mateo Kovacic join Bayern Munich as speculation links the midfielder with a move to Bavaria.
The midfielder’s former boss Thomas Tuchel is believed to still be keen on the Croatian.
Any potential departure has left Pochettino believing the no.6 position is a “priority”, according to reports.
