PIERS MORGAN has slammed Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag for driving Cristiano Ronaldo out of the club.
The Portuguese star left the club after his contract was mutually terminated following his interview with Morgan.
In the interview, Ronaldo blasted the Red Devils and claimed he had been disrespected.
This left the club without a forward until the loan signing of Wout Weghorst.
Following the Gunners’ win over United, Morgan took aim at the Dutch manager for “forcing” Ronaldo out of the club.
The Arsenal fan all labelled Ten Hag as “arrogant” before suggesting that he had “never heard” of Weghorst.

He tweeted: “Congrats Manchester United – that’s what happens when you hire an arrogant coach who disrespects the GOAT Cristiano Ronaldo so badly he leaves.
“And then replaces him with someone I’ve never heard of who sounds like an Austrian sausage.”
After leaving United, Ronaldo joined Saudi Arabia outfit Al-Nassr on a £175million-per-year deal.
Weghorst joined United on loan from Burnley after the clubs agreed to a deal that would see his stint in Turkey with Besiktas cut short.
