NEYMAR looks set to spend the rest of the season on the sideline.
That’s after suffering an ACL injury while on international duty with Brazil.
Neymar, 31, was left in floods of tears after tripping during Brazil’s 2-0 defeat to Uruguay on Tuesday.
His Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal confirmed the injury on social media but did so by using a picture of Neymar in distress.
So fans were left completely confused as one said: “Possibly the most unhinged graphic I’ve ever seen from a team account.”
Another added: “I just want to know who gave the go ahead for that graphic.”

One agreed: “This has to be the worst social media graphic in football history. Who thought this was a good idea?”
Another said: “What bonkers decision to use a photo from him getting injured.”
The former Barcelona star, who is Brazil’s record goalscorer, clutched his knee in agony as he screamed for help.
And amid heart-wrenching scenes, Neymar was eventually carted off the pitch with his head in his hands.

And new Saudi club Al-Hilal revealed Neymar has torn his ACL and meniscus, with surgery urgently required on his knee.
A statement read: “The medical tests Neymar underwent confirmed the Anterior Cruciate Ligament and Meniscus tear injury in his knee.
“He will be going through surgery and then a treatment program that will be determined later.
“Return stronger Neymar.”
Neymar only moved to Al-Hilal from PSG in August, becoming the Saudi Pro League’s most expensive transfer at £78million.
He scored one goal in five outings before yesterday’s disaster with Brazil.
Al-Hilal are currently top of the table after nine games, winning seven and drawing the other two.

They lead fellow big spends Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahli by four points.
But Al-Hilal will now have to rely on fellow summer signings like Aleksandr Mitrovic, Ruben Neves and Kalidou Koulibaly to deliver the goods as Neymar prepares to go under the knife.
