MICAH RICHARDS has been hilariously trolled by Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer over his rating of Roy Keane.
The trio were ranking their best midfielders ever in the Premier League era for the Match of the Day Top Ten podcast when the banter began.
Richards decided to put the Manchester United legend in second place, ahead of the likes of Paul Scholes and Patrick Vieira.

However, it did not stop the jokes coming, as Lineker said: “He does not want to upset Roy, does he?
“Doesn’t want to upset Roy when he works with him next.

“Do you think you s*** yourself by putting Keane that high as two?”
Richards explained his decision, saying: “I just think when you’ve got someone like Roy on the pitch you feel secure. You’re going to do your job.”
Lineker then jumped back in: “Alright, alright, you can go back to Sky.
“You can go back and say ‘I said some lovely things about you, Roy.'”

Shearer was next to join in the fun, stating while giggling: “‘When you’ve got Roy next to you in the studio you feel really safe.’
“‘Roy this, Roy that, Roy is my friend.'”
Lineker then joked that Richards was going to tell Keane to listen to the podcast before Shearer claimed he would never bother with their show.
He said: “Keane is not listening to this, man. He would not subscribe to BBC Sounds.”
After they had finished poking fun at the ex-Man City defender, him and Shearer both agreed that Steven Gerrard was the best midfielder and ranked him as the No1.
