The Red Devils star uploaded a picture from London to his Instagram story on Tuesday evening without any additional context.
Fred did not add any text to the image that featured a London taxi, other than the location tag for the English capital.
With Fulham among those clubs linked with a move, Fred may be set to head to Craven Cottage.
