MANCHESTER UNITED’S injury misery has been piled onto even more after Marcel Sabitzer pulled up injured during the warm up against Nottingham Forest.
It comes after injuries to key defensive duo Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez during the midweek 2-2 draw with Sevilla.
Christian Eriksen has come into the team to replace him.
Eriksen himself has only recently returned from injury.
It is his first start for the club in the Premier League since the 3-2 defeat to Arsenal in January.
Elsewhere, Luke Shaw and and Tyrell Malacia have also been left out of the squad, despite the latter playing in midweek against Sevilla.

Erik ten Hag’s squad has been hit by a raft of injuries in recent weeks.
Top goalscorer Marcus Rashford picked up an injury in the 2-0 win against Everton last week.
And the club have confirmed he will be unavailable for at least “a few games”.
