MANCHESTER UNITED are interested in signing Inter Milan star Denzel Dumfries, according to reports.
The Red Devils have a long-term interest in the right-back which stretches back to his spell at PSV.
They were reportedly set to bid for Dumfries last summer when they faced competition from Chelsea.
And now they have been linked with a move for the defender when the transfer window re-opens by Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report claims a swap deal could even take place with Inter apparently interested in Diogo Dalot.
Dalot is an important player for Erik ten Hag and he has made 31 appearances this season.

SunSport understands United have opened talks with the Portuguese over a new long-term deal.
United are also wary of interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona, who are admirers of Dalot and are ready to pounce should an agreement on a new deal fall flat.
The club is not believed to be prioritsing a right-back this summer but will make an exception for Dumfries.
And they even held discussions with Inter in January over a potential £35million transfer.
