MANCHESTER UNITED’s new striker Rasmus Hojlund is injured and will miss the first two games of the season.
Hojlund was unveiled to the Old Trafford crowd before their friendly against Lens.
He took no part in the match.
Now it has emerged the £72million signing sustained an injury in pre-season training with his now former club Atalanta.
That definitely rules him out of the season opener here a week on Monday against Wolves.
But he is also a doubt for the trip to Tottenham the following Saturday.

He is training but will take at least a fortnight to get up to match fitness.
Hojlund is United’s third signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Mason Mount and Andre Onana.
The Danish forward scored 10 goals in 34 appearances for Atalanta last season.
After being unveiled by the Red Devils, he said: “It is no secret that I have been a fan of this great club since I was a small boy, and I dreamed of walking out at Old Trafford as a Manchester United player.

Erik ten Hag will be able to call on Marcus Rashford in Hojlund’s absence.
The England forward started through the middle in the friendly against Lens which Manchester United won 3-1.
