MANCHESTER UNITED will be bitterly disappointed with tonight’s Europa League result against Sevilla – and some would say the odds have swung in the Spanish side’s favour.
Marcel Sabitzer’s two wonderful efforts put United in cruise control for 83 minutes of the game.
But two own goals from Tyrrell Malacia and Harry Maguire has made for a tantalising second leg.

The wait goes on…
Manchester United have STILL not ever beaten Sevilla.
It looked like they had it all wrapped up in the first half, as they sailed into half-time with a comfortable 2-0 lead.
They could have scored even more goals, as Antony rattled the post and Malacia came close.
After a number of changes due to injury, they conceded two own goals and completely collapsed.
They now have to go to Seville and put in a performance worthy of winning the tie if they are going to progress to the semi-finals.
It is not going to be easy…
Injury troubles for United
There are a few points of concern for Manchester United now going into the second leg, after their second leg collapse at Old Trafford.
Bruno Fernandes was given a yellow card for handball that will see him miss the trip to Seville, and it was a harsh one to say the least.
It won’t just be him that is missing, as Lisandro Martinez was carried off the pitch by his international team mates with what looked like an Achilles injury.
Not only will those two be missing, but United could also be without Raphael Varane, who was replaced at half-time by Harry Maguire.

He combines with Sancho on the left hand side after a lovely turn, but Sancho loses the ball.

Sevilla seem to be having most of the possession, but aren’t causing any real problems going forward.
