ANDY ROBERTSON is a shock transfer target for Real Madrid, reports say.
The Spaniards have been forced to improvise this season by playing Eduardo Camavinga at left-back.
It comes after Ferland Mendy, 27, spent much of the season ruled out through injuries.
Mendy is now being linked with a move away from the Bernabeu while Camavinga, 20, wants to shift back into midfield.
So Real are in the market for a left-back and according to the Daily Mail, Liverpool’s Robertson are on their list.
And it is believed the Scottish international, 29, would cost in the region of £40million.

Real have also been heavily linked with Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies, 22.
But the Canadian – contracted until 2025 – is strictly not for sale and the German champions are hoping to extend his deal.
In another blow to Liverpool, Real look close to wrapping up a deal to sign England star Jude Bellingham.
Personal terms are understood to have already been agreed.

The chase saw Liverpool pull out of the race due to a quoted asking price of £131m as they turn their attention to new midfield targets.
