Jurgen Klopp is looking to further bolster his squad following the signing of Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton & Hove Albion.

L’Equipe reports that he has now been made Liverpool’s priority target in the transfer window.
Talks have been ongoing over a potential move for several weeks, with Thuram said to be open to a move.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe is one of the candidates to complete a takeover of the Red Devils after submitting a bid for the club.
Ratcliffe already owns Nice and could decide not to sell to one of United’s rivals if he successfully purchases the Premier League giants.
Klopp’s desire to bolster his midfield comes after a trio of players in the position departed the club.
