CHELSEA have confirmed their fourth January signing with Joao Felix arriving on loan from Atletico Madrid for the rest of the season.
The Portugal star completed his move to Stamford Bridge and will be hoping to get his first taste of Premier League action against Fulham on Thursday.
Felix joined his new Blues team-mates at training today, but he now faces an anxious wait to see whether he’ll be able to feature at Craven Cottage.
That’s because Graham Potter said they’re still waiting to see if he was registered in time.
Regardless, Chelsea have confirmed that the forward will wear No11.
Felix wears seven for Atletico, but that’s currently taken at the Bridge, so he’s decided to go with the same number as when he plays for Portugal.

But Blues supporters will be hoping he fares better than some of their previous No11s.
Timo Werner was the most recent and he endured a nightmare time at the club, scoring just TEN goals in 56 Prem games across two seasons.
Before that it was Pedro, who proved one of the club’s better signings in recent years – notably winning the Premier League and Europa League.
But the two prior to the Spaniard were Alexandre Pato, who played twice in an injury-hit loan spell in 2016, and Juan Cuadrado, who was moved on after one campaign.
