STYLE icon Jack Grealish has transcended the world of football.
The Man City ace, 27, is one of the game’s most fashionable – and boasts an ambassador role with Gucci to his name.
His haircuts are just as famous as what he wears – with schoolboys and even grown men asking their barbers to cut their hair like Grealish.
But his hairdos have changed through the years – starting off from when he was a kid.
And as soon as he made it to the big time, they began to get even more elaborate as the playmaker became a global superstar.
Let SunSport take you on a journey through Grealish’s hairstyles through the years.

Mop-top
Adorably, Grealish as a school boy rocked a very ‘normal’ haircut.
The bowl cut, worn admirably by anyone in a Manchester band in the 90s, was his go-to during his formative years.
You can’t argue, he looked as cute as a button.
Spiky do
As football took over Grealish’s life, his haircuts got cooler.

And, clearly, he discovered gel – if this snap he uploaded on Instagram shows.
Again, this gives off 90s boyband vibes. It’s all very spiky.
The Hamsik look
Remember Slovakian midfielder Marek Hamsik who sported a very high haircut?
This from Grealish wasn’t far off from 2013 – when he first broke into the Villa side.
As the next style shows, he discovered he preferred it looking a little flatter.
Extra-long slick back
As his Aston Villa career took off, his hair got bigger (and larger).
While the sides were shaved short, the top was more bouffant.
Gel slicked it back – giving an early Peaky Blinders idea to proceedings.
Alice band
David Beckham was an early pioneer of the Alice band.
Since then, we’ve seen Didier Drogba, Fernando Torres and even Gareth Bale wear them on the pitch.
Grealish is no different. When his hair is longer, he uses it to hold his hair follicles in place – at both Villa and currently club City.
Man bun
As man buns go, this one was a little unconventional.
More a top knot, really, it took a short do and made it look a little more complex than it really is.
Again, we saw it at Villa in 2020 – with the shaved sides, a parting, and a hair bobble holding it all together.
Undercut
A recent favourite of Grealish’s – and one that England fans copied during the Euros.
It’s an undercut, with a bit of length on top, giving a degree of volume.
Arguably, it the haircut that best suits him – and one he always tends to go.
Curtains
Another retro-style, curtains were the big thing of yesteryear.
For Grealish, they had to make a comeback in 2021.
He grew his hair long and let it all fop out – adding some highlights for a bit of colour.
Think Italian accountant.
Going short
Recently, Grealish has enlisted the help of Ahmed Alsanawi – owner of A Star Barbers – who have a full list of footballers as clients – to style his bonce.
Back in February, he gave him the shortest haircut we’ve seen on the England midfielder since he was a youngster.

There’s even some fades thrown in there for good measure, giving a clean look.
With his ever-changing haircuts now a thing, what will Grealish do next?
