FORMER Manchester United star Anthony Elanga has undergone an incredible body transformation since joining Nottingham Forest.
The winger scored against West Ham on Sunday and celebrated by taking off his shirt.

That all started to change after he suffered a shoulder injury in January 2021.
Elanga, 21, underwent a rehabilitation process and showed dedication to come back stronger, with his rehab including cryotherapy.

He is believed to have worked specifically on explosive pace and jump height and was reportedly one of the most dedicated United players in the gym during his time at the club.

Elanga has shown no signs of slowing down and has gone from strength to strength at Forest – quite literally.
