With that they have enjoyed the trappings fame brings – travelling in private jets, sunning themselves on incredible yachts, being sought after by brands as ambassadors and more.

Of course, with the smooth comes the rough – with Rodriguez having to deny claims that Ronaldo is “fed up with her” after an argument on a jet. But that won’t hurt them.

SunSport takes a look at the glam lifestyles these two stunning women lead.

Here’s how they compare – with their rivalry almost as fierce as their footballer beaus.

As the supportive Wags of two of football’s biggest stars, Georgina and Antonella are backed by a huge wealth.

Ronaldo’s net worth is believed to be somewhere in the region of £400million, and was boosted by his recent move to Saudi Arabia, where he became the highest paid footballer in history netting a reported £173million-per-year deal.

Messi, himself, is believed to be worth around £480million.

For years he was bankrolled by Barcelona, now at PSG he earns a staggering £740,000-per-week.

Their partner’s salaries are enough to keep Georgina and Antonella in handbags and designer wear.

Roccuzzo’s go-to designers include Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana and she’s been a regular at Paris Fashion Week since her husband made a move to the French capital, clutching a £2,000 Louis Vuitton purse in 2021.

Rodriguez is similar in her tastes. But, she is more partial to a red carpet moment.

For that, she prefers to sparkle in a mesmerising Ali Karoui gown – with prices starting at around the £3,000 mark.

But it’s her handbag collection that is insane. She’s of a fan of Hermes’ Birkin bag, owning several including a crocodile leather version that costs £146,000.

Property

Living in exclusive digs is part and parcel of being the world’s glamorous Wags.

Neither Georgina or Antonella are found wanting here.

Both Cristiano and Messi’s bulging property empire, with properties around the globe, suits all.

The Argentinian spent £23million on a portfolio that saw him invest in homes in Barcelona, Ibiza and Miami.

While Georgina has been with Ronaldo, they’ve lived in a stunning £4.8million mansion in the La Finca neighbourhood, as well as a compound in Turin that protected their privacy.

He’s also invested in a luxury home in Marbella costing £1.4million.

When Ronaldo and Georgina upped sticks to Saudi Arabia in January, they were handed the Four Season hotel’s Kingdom Suite that spans two floors.

It was estimated a bill would cost somewhere in the region of £250,000-per-month.

Netflix & other ventures

Rosario beauty Antonella has appeared briefly when TV crews have filmed Messi for documentaries and interviews.

But, she prefers to stay out of the limelight when it comes to her personal life.

She shields her children Mateo, Thiago and Ciro from the public eye.

For Georgina, life is more of an open book. We got a glimpse of her lifestyle in Netflix show I Am Georgina – that’s Georgina, the mother, the influencer, and a businesswoman.

She was reportedly paid around £9million by the American streaming giants.

It was such a success a second season was filmed, but so far there’s no confirmation a third season is on its way.

Antonella’s sideline is a clothing label she runs with her family, Enfans that is aimed at children and hugely popular in her homeland.

While Georgina has brand ambassador roles of the plenty. She is the first global ambassador for Italian luxury designer Elisabetta Franchi, while Arab brand Amara Lenses have also made her the face of their promos.

Jet-set

Both their lifestyles are extravagant, and when it comes to holiday season they don’t skimp.

Being mega wealthy, both Ronaldo and Messi own yachts.

They also own private jets, with their Wags taking advantage of those luxuries.

However, Ronaldo reportedly sold his for a cool £20million last year.

Before preseason kicks off, Antonella can be seen bronzing her sculpted body on board his Maiora Seven C yacht, worth around 11million floating on the Mediterranean Sea.

In recent times, she’s been pictured with pals Daniella Semaan and Messi’s former team-mate Cesc Fabregas.

Ronaldo isn’t one to be left out when it comes to the yacht stakes

In 2021, he splashed £5.5million on the Azimut Grande, which is 88-feet long, and is capable of reaching up to 28 knots thanks to its two 1,900 horsepower engines.

They love spending time enjoying its five cabins, six stunning bathrooms, modern kitchen, as well as relaxation room and a huge lounge and a lavish dining room anchored in the Tyrrhenian sea, just off the western coast of Italy.

Cristiano and Georgina also once stayed in a £10,000-per-night mansion in Majorca with a helipad, tennis court, pool and spa.

Cars

Ronaldo has a dream car collection, reportedly worth around £18million.

So it’s no wonder Georgina showers her man with the gift of a new motor.

She’s done it twice, first time wrapping up a £516,000 Mercedes G-Class Brabus SUV in a red bow after a dinner date.

Then, at the tail-end of 2022, the Spanish stunner pulled the same trick with a £250,000 Rolls-Royce Dawn. Lucky boy.

Messi, himself, is a car collector too. But, Antonella hasn’t showered him with any elaborate cars yet.

In fact, she was seen in a more modest ride driving around the streets of Paris.

Antonella has an electric Mini Cooper, that costs somewhere in the region of £31,000.

How they met their partners

Georgina famously met Cristiano when she worked as a shop assistant at Gucci in Madrid in 2016, where she made just £250-per-week.

Then, at a brand event a few days later, their eyes met again.

“It was love at first sight for both,” Georgina previously told the Sun on Sunday.

The couple kept their relationship under wraps for the first few months, but once people found out they were dating, football fans started turning up at Georgina’s shop.

Bosses feared the fans, who were trying to take pictures, would put off their rich clientele, and Georgina was dismissed from her dream job in December 2016 after just eight months.

Antonella is Messi’s longterm love.

The couple were an item as teenagers and began dating again in 2007, after it was reported he comforted her following the death of a friend.
