A FORGOTTEN Premier League title winner Asmir Begovic is now training with AFC Wimbledon after being made unemployed.
The League Two side were joined by the veteran goalkeeper for pre-season training on Tuesday.
Wimbledon thanked Begovic for being involved in their preparations for the new season.
Confirming his attendance at training, the club tweeted: “We were today joined at training by Premier League winner Asmir Begovic, who is maintaining his fitness as he plots his next move.
“It’s been great to have Asmir involved in our preparations for the 2023/24 season.”
Begovic is currently without a club after being released by Everton at the end of last season.

The 36-year-old is a former Premier League winner, having won the title with Chelsea in 2017.
He made two appearances for the Blues during their most recent league triumph six years ago.
Overall, Begovic has made 256 Premier League appearances during his career with spells at Stoke City, Bournemouth and Portsmouth.
The Bosnian even claimed a Guinness World Record by scoring the longest ever goal at the time for Stoke against Southampton in 2013.

He also has 63 caps for Bosnia and Herzegovina and featured for his country at the 2014 World Cup.
Following his exit from Goodison Park, Begovic was reportedly in talks with Luton Town last month.
However, he instead looks set to move to the Championship, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Begovic is set to sign a one-year deal with Queens Park Rangers for the 2023/24 season.
