Off the pitch he has gone from strength to strength too – literally – as his physique proves.

Haaland, 23, put his shredded body on display during City’s victory parade, showing off his six-pack and bulky muscles.

Just seven weeks ago he was a changed man as there were no abs on display in a photo he took with Noel Gallagher in the City dressing room.

It has not been without hard work however, as the Norwegian has a strict diet and fitness regime to achieve top physical condition.

He claims he has up to 6,000 calories a day which sometimes includes lasagna made by his dad Alf-Inge.

The former Borussia Dortmund star also has a rigorous fitness routine that begins as soon as he wakes up.

Haaland stresses the importance of getting some sun as soon as he wakes up, while he wears special glasses which filter out blue light to help him sleep.
