Erling Haaland sent savage message to Arsenal fan KSI after Brighton defeat that handed Man City Premier League title

ERLING HAALAND is proving to be as sharp of wit as he is in the box.

Haaland, 22, is enjoying a spectacular record-breaking debut season under Pep Guardiola.

He has 36 league goals in just 33 outings, plus a further 16 strikes in all competitions.

And City are now just one game away from sealing their third straight title following last weekend’s win over Everton.

However, life has been made much easier for Guardiola by Arsenal’s alarming dip in form.

The Gunners led the title race for 93 per cent of the season before falling at the final hurdle.

And their shock 3-0 home defeat to Brighton means they could hand the title to City with defeat at Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

Social media star and boxer KSI has certainly been feeling the pain as a loyal Gooner.

But City striker Haaland showed him no mercy by sending a brutal trolling GIF and message following Arsenal’s defeat to the Seagulls.

KSI told the MMA Hour: “It’s so funny, literally today Haaland messages me and he just sent me a GIF.

“[Haaland in contact?] Well, I’m KSI, man. But yeah, I sent him a video. I’m not gonna say what the video was.

“But it’s very funny now how well he’s doing and how well Man City are doing. It’s very funny and I’m very angry.”

Haaland could yet end the season with a historic Treble, with City in the FA Cup final and one match away from the Champions League final.

They host Real Madrid in tonight’s semi-final second leg, with the score at 1-1 from last week’s first encounter.
