ENGLAND’S youngest manager Sammy Mould has been sacked by non-league side Yaxley.
Mould, 21, took over the Northern Premier League Midlands Division club back in January.
At the time of taking over, Mould was just 20 years of age and was tasked with galvanising a team that had picked up just ONE POINT all season.
He quickly secured Yaxley’s first win of the campaign as they beat Harborough Town 3-1 at home on January 14.
But their relegation from the eighth-tier of English football was confirmed earlier this month.
It has now been announced by the football club that Mould has been “removed” from his role by mutual consent.

A Yaxley statement added: “As a management committee we wish Sammy all the best in his next appointment, wherever that may be, and thank him for his time with us.”
Lloyd Burton has been named caretaker manager until the end of the season.
Mould assumed the role as head coach from Andy Furnell less than three months ago.
He used the links he had through his sports management company to alter the squad.

But he ultimately failed to have a significant impact as they have picked up just five points from their 33 league games.
After their relegation was confirmed, Mould admitted his future was uncertain.
Speaking to BBC Sport, he said: “Me and the club are in discussions currently regarding my position.
“The key is making sure things work for both parties, but it’s a very good football club with lots of good people involved and good facilities.”
