Energetic Tottenham mascot ‘buzzing’ in tunnel goes viral as fans say ‘Chelsea preparing £80m transfer bid’


AN energetic Tottenham mascot showed he was ready for action ahead of Spurs’ game with Newcastle.

The cute lad was spotted limbering up in the tunnel before the two teams came out of their dressing room.

After some jumping jacks, the adorable boy dropped to the floor to perform some press-ups.

Not content there, when he finished working his core he began to stretch his quads.

The clip drew a laugh from Sky Sports host Kelly Cates, who called the youngster: “Just gorgeous.”

While Jamie Redknapp joked about Spurs: “They’ve got that many injuries they might need him!”

Sky Sports quickly shared the clip on X, formerly known as Twitter.

And of course it went viral – with fans lapping up the video.

One wrote: “Wonderful, the upcoming Harry Kane.”

A second shared: “Would probably score as well haha.”

Destiny Udogie set Spurs on their way in the 26th minute, before Richarlison guided a second beyond Martin Dubravka.

The Brazilian scored his second and Tottenham’s third on the hour mark, capping his return to the side from injury with a fine performance.

Son Heung-min added a fourth in the 85th minute, with Joelinton’s injury time strike not enough to save the Toon’s blushes.
