EMIL JAASKELAINEN is ready to follow dad Jussi and make his name his English football.
The striker, 21, plays for Long Island University Sharks but is clear to come across the Atlantic.
Jaaskelainen junior, who was on the books at Blackpool, has earned rave reviews in the States and wants to return to this side of the pond.
He has a UK passport so would have no permit issues.
His goalkeeping brother Will, 24, is now with AFC Wimbledon after being with Crewe Alexandra from 2017-2022.
Will won caps for Finland and Under-19 and U-21 level.

But both sons will need to make massive strides to match the career of dad Jussi.
The 56-cap Finn, now 47, spent 20 years between the sticks at a high level in England.
After spells with home country clubs MP and VPS, he shone for Bolton from 1997-2012.
Three years with West Ham followed, before he played for Wigan from 2015-2017.

Jaaskelainen senior then saw out his career with a year in the Indian Premier League for ATK.
His older son Will is still battling to establish himself.
He had six spells on loan in non-League football while with Crewe.
And he only joined Wimbledon in September 2022 on a one-month deal to cover for injured Nathan Broome.
But his contract was extended until this month.
