SERGIO RAMOS has delayed negotiations with Saudi teams in hopes of reuniting with Lionel Messi.
The duo have spent most of their careers playing against each other in fiery Real Madrid vs Barcelona clashes.
They were announced as PSG players on the same day in 2021 – going from Clasico rivals to team-mates for the first time.
With two Ligue 1 titles to his name, Messi made the move to David Beckham’s Inter Miami this summer.
Ramos is now a free agent too after PSG didn’t renew his contract at the end of June.
And, according to Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo, the Bernabeu icon is waiting for an offer from Miami before pursuing other options.

He reportedly would only consider a move to the Saudi league if he doesn’t hear from the MLS side.
Miami are said to be interested, having already brought in fellow Spanish legends Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba to accompany Messi.
While another former Barca star Luis Suarez has also been strongly linked.
It is unknown whether Beckham would be able to sign both Suarez and Ramos within the MLS’s salary cap.

And Ramos has reportedly also received some interest from domestic rivals LAFC.
Messi has made a flying start to his time in America, scoring five goals in his first three games.
And he seems to be settling in Stateside, with he and his family spotted checking out a mansion with its own terrace putting green this week.
