DAVID BECKHAM had only just warmed up from his freezing night watching son Romeo before jumping in an ice bath.
The former England captain spent his Saturday with wife Victoria cheering their lad on for Brentford B.
Romeo played 30 minutes of the Premier League Cup defeat against Huddersfield at St George’s Park.
And dad David helped out Posh by taking off his coat and wrapping it around the shivering former pop star.
But by Sunday morning, Becks was stripping off again and embracing the sub-zero temperatures.
He shared a couple of snaps for his 77.2million Instagram followers to update fans on his Sunday morning plans.

As well as popping along to a local butchers for sausage rolls, the 47-year-old popped in the ice bath for “a little self care on a frosty morning”.
One pic showed the ex-Manchester United wide man topless in a beanie hat overlooking his frozen garden as he takes the brave plunge in the baltic water.
And after his nice relaxing morning at home, Becks and son Romeo headed to the Emirates in North London to watch their former teams in action.
Beckham spent 12 years with United, winning nine trophies including the memorable Treble of 1999, while all three of his boys – Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz – all spent time in the Arsenal academy.
