DANIEL LEVY spent the day at the Tottenham training ground for talks over Antonio Conte’s future.
The Italian is expected to be sacked this week following his astonishing rant about his players following Tottenham’s 3-3 draw with Southampton.
Spurs chief Daniel Levy is believed to be negotiating a compensation deal with Conte.
And talks took place today in the manager’s absence, with Conte flying to Italy after the Saints draw.
Levy left the Tottenham training ground in Enfield earlier today in his luxury Bentley, worth £200,000.
As well as arranging Conte’s compensation package, Spurs bosses need to agree on his replacement.

Coach Ryan Mason has been tipped to takeover on an interim basis, possibly until the end of the season.
Tottenham will likely use that period to find Conte’s permanent successor.
Former manager Mauricio Pochettino has been linked to the role.
Eintracht Frankfurt boss Oliver Gasner is also believed to be of interest, with the German side reportedly lining up a replacement should he leave.

Reports claim Spurs have nine managerial targets in mind, including unemployed pair Thomas Tuchel and Luis Enrique.
But it appears Pochettino would be the most popular choice with players believed to have been in contact with the Argentine about a possible return.
