CRISTIANO RONALDO risked a breach of his contract with Nike during Al-Nassr’s pre-season friendly.
The Portuguese talisman was spotted wearing Adidas shin pads under his socks despite his long-term partnership with Nike.
The 38-year-old has been signed to Nike since 2003 and is currently contracted to a £147million, 10-year deal with the Oregon based company.
He is regarded as one of their top athletes and has featured in a huge amount of advertising campaigns for the brand over the years.
Adidas are widely considered as Nike’s biggest rivals in the sportswear industry.

The former Real Madrid star was taking part in the Saudi Arabian club’s pre-season clash with La Liga side Celta Vigo.
The mid-table Spanish team swept Al-Nassr aside with ease as they won the game 5-0.
Ronaldo played the first 45 minutes, but was rested in the second half when all five goals were scored.
Al-Nassr are set for even tougher tests as they continue their pre-season tour ahead of the upcoming season.

The Riyadh based club will play Benfica, PSG and Inter Milan before the regular season gets underway.
They are expected to wear a new Nike sponsored kit in some of the games after they recently announced a partnership with the American brand starting in late July.
