CHELSEA want to sign on-loan star Joao Felix permanently AND add Declan Rice to their midfield ranks this summer, according to reports.
The Blues have splashed the cash under their new ownership.
Todd Boehly and Co spent north of £500million on players in the summer and winter transfer windows.
But under the management of Graham Potter, Chelsea’s spending is yet to yield consistent results.
Nonetheless, it is set to continue, according to Fichajes, who claim that the Stamford Bridge club want to make Felix’s loan from Atletico Madrid a permanent transfer.
Felix has impressed at Chelsea but has only managed just one Premier League goal in five games.

Atletico are likely to demand a high fee for the 23-year-old after tying him down to a new contract in January.
The report goes on to state that Chelsea would also like to buy West Ham captain Declan Rice.
Rice, 24, was on Chelsea’s books as a kid.
However, with the midfielder in demand, the Hammers are hoping to collect a British transfer record fee.
