Chelsea were explosive early on but struggled to maintain their performance levels after the break.

And with chances few and far between fans began paying attention to a flock of pigeons.

The birds nestled in a corner of the pitch next to the Chelsea box and mostly remained undisturbed during their spell on the pitch.

They temporarily flew away when the ball neared their territory before returning to the grass.

Another added: “Wonder if Chelsea can sign those pigeons as a package deal.

“The coordination and nonchalance they have seemed to move around the pitch with…you can’t teach that.”
