CHELSEA are set to complete the signing of another wonderkid from a Premier League rival.
The deal comes just days after the Blues sealed a double transfer swoop for two other youngsters.
Chelsea’s policy of signing the best young players in Europe to develop for the future has continued.
According to The Athletic, Ishe Samuels-Smith is set to join Chelsea from Everton for a fee in the region of £4million.
The 17-year-old defender has agreed a three-year deal at Stamford Bridge.
He is coming off the back of a strong season for Everton’s youth sides and was on the bench for the first team in both the Carabao Cup and Premier League.

Born in Manchester, Samuels-Smith joined Everton aged nine and has also played for England at youth level.
He was included in the team of the tournament at the Under-17 European Championships earlier this month.
The signing of Samuels-Smith would come after Chelsea completed a double swoop on Saturday.
Portuguese winger Diego Moreira joined from Benfica in a deal that left Chelsea fans stunned.

His arrival came just hours after the club had sealed a move bringing Alex Matos to the club from Norwich City.
Chelsea’s business appears far from over, though, with the Blues now in talks to sign Matheus Franca from Flamengo.
He would be one of two Brazilian arrivals as forward Angelo Gabriel edges closer to joining Pochettino’s side.
