CHELSEA legend John Terry suggests there is an ‘untold side’ to Mason Mount’s turbulent Stamford Bridge departure.
Mount, 24, joined Manchester United in a £60million transfer this summer after refusing to commit his future to the Blues.
The Cobham academy graduate has since been berated by Chelsea fans, with many labelling him a “snake” for joining a rival.
However, former club captain Terry has urged Blues supporters not to be too harsh on him as there is “another side” to the story.
Speaking to Knockout Events on Friday, the ex-defender revealed: “Mase is proper Chels through and through. There’s always two sides to a story and I know the other side to it.
“I’m not going to air that tonight but there’s another side to the story. Let’s not be too harsh on him when he comes back.”
