CHELSEA have announced the signing of Diego Moreira from Benfica.
The Portuguese starlet made two first team appearances last season having featured mainly for Benfica’s B team.
He is currently on international duty in the European U-21 Championship.
Chelsea were linked with the winger earlier in the season but the official announcement of the deal has shocked some fans.
It comes on the same morning the Blues also signed Norwich wonderkid Alex Matos.
And they have already snapped up 15-year-old Kendry Paez this summer.
