CHELSEA have reportedly completed their 17th signing of the season.
The Blues have found that spending Β£600million-plus on talent does not necessarily equate to performances on the pitch.

The latest reported acquisition Todd Bohely and Co have made will see Alex Matos join the club on a free transfer.

A second said: “Chelsea completing more transfers than wins this season.”
