And Grealish shared a message for her on Instagram alongside two pictures of them together.

He said: “Happy 20th birthday to my beautiful little sister. Love you loads.”

One of the images he shared showed the pair smiling together in the car.

The other saw them posing on the Etihad turf after the Man City star received his Premier League winner’s medal.

Hollie, who was born three months premature, was not expected to be able to walk or talk due to cerebral palsy affecting her movement and balance.

But she overcame those challenges and is now able to do both.

Jack and Hollie have a very close relationship, with the England star throwing her a special 18th birthday party in 2021 where he invited her favourite Coronation Street star, Andrew Whyment.

Speaking previously about Hollie, Grealish said: “I’m so close with my little sister. She was born three months premature.

“They said that she wouldn’t be able to talk, she wouldn’t be able to walk, and do a lot of stuff but here we are and she can do everything.

“Obviously I love her so much, yeah I think I’m a good big brother to her.”

Jack, 27, is the oldest of five siblings – with his younger brother Keelan tragically passing away from sudden infant death syndrome at just nine months old.

The Man City man’s other siblings are Kevan, born in 1997, Kiera, born in 2001, and Hollie, born in 2003.

Grealish, who is in a relationship with model Sasha Attwood, recently suffered the devastating news that student Dylan Lamb, 20, who he donated £5,000 to in a bid to help him go to America for life-saving treatment, had passed away.

After not featuring in Man City’s Premier League opener against Burnley, Grealish has started the champions’ last three games.

He featured in the Super Cup victory over Sevilla and league win over Newcastle.

And he then helped himself to a first assist of the season on Sunday, setting up Erling Haaland with a superb cross for Man City’s opener in a 2-1 victory over Sheffield United.
