BRUNO GUIMARAES has reportedly agreed a new contract with Newcastle, which includes a worrying release clause for supporters.
The midfielder has reportedly penned a deal with the Magpies that will run until 2028.
Guimaraes, 25, joined Newcastle in January 2022 and has gone on to become a key member of the team.
The player’s performances have helped the club get back to the Champions League.
However, he has also attracted interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
LaLiga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid were both tipped with interest in him during the summer.
