The club’s all-time record scorer, 30, finally left North London on the weekend after nearly 20 years with Tottenham as he signed for Bayern Munich.

And Brentford’s supporters took full advantage of the Lilywhites’ first game without the striker.

They could be heard chanting: “He left cos you’re s***” and “Where’s your Harry gone?”.

And social media could not help but laugh at the mockery towards the Tottenham faithful.

His £104million move to Bayern was confirmed on Saturday, before he came off the bench in a 3-0 defeat to RB Leipzig in the German Super Cup.

His first Bundesliga game is set to come away at Werder Bremen on Friday, August 18.

After being unveiled at a press conference on Sunday, Kane said: “It’s been an incredible experience so far.

“The reception at the game last night was just magical. Really excited to get to work.”

On what attracted him to Bayern, he added: “I’ve always wanted to push my limits and see how far that could take me.

“I want to be fighting for the Champions League, I want to be fighting for titles. I’m looking forward to that challenge.”

Meanwhile, Richarlison led the line for Spurs against Brentford on Sunday.

But they have also enquired about Brighton striker Evan Ferguson as they prepare to re-invest the money they received for Kane.
