BOURNEMOUTH keeper Darren Randolph was surrounded by medics and carried off in worrying scenes BEFORE kick-off.
Tuesday’s Professional Development League game with Ipswich at the Vitality Stadium was delayed for 10 minutes while the former West Ham star was treated.
The 36-year-old, who had been due to start the game, reportedly lay down and complained of feeling unwell during the warm-up.
All Bournemouth’s medical team rushed on to help the ex-Republic of Ireland stopper.
He was then taken off on a stretcher.
But development squad head coach Alan Connell later reassured fans that Randolph was “doing well”.

And the ex-Birmingham No1 was able to leave the stadium himself “of his own accord”.
Former Cherries’ striker Connell, 40, told the club’s Academy account on X: “Darren Randolph felt unwell in the warm-up and needed medical attention.
“All the medical team were straight on to help him, which was great.
“Pleased that he is back in now and feeling much better and left the stadium of his own accord.
