ARSENAL have placed a £50m price tag on the head of striker Folarin Balogun.
But the Gunners are ready to sell the former England under-21 man despite his goal exploits in France.
Inter Milan head the likely suitors after pulling out of the race for Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku.
Brooklyn-born Balogun, who scored 22 goals on loan at Ligue 1 Reims last season, swapped nationalities to declare for the country of his birth and made his USA debut last month.
And the striker, 22, appears to be reconciling himself with leaving Arsenal.
He said: “I went away and the point was to prove I could play first team football.

“I feel I was able to do that and show people I can play at that level.
“With me coming back it’s not really much of a situation where I need to try extra hard to prove something.
“It’s a decision that’s not really with me.
“Whatever happens I’m cool with it.”

Balogun has travelled with the rest of the Arsenal squad to the USA as manager Mikel Arteta assesses his squad ahead of the upcoming season.
The striker’s successful spell on loan in Ligue 1 puts him in a good position to apply pressure on the likes of Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah.
But Arsenal are willing to sell if the right offer comes in – particularly already committing to spending a potential £210million this summer if add-ons are met.
