ANGE POSTECOGLOU was reportedly forced to intervene in a row between Richarlison and Jurgen Klopp during Tottenham’s 2-1 win over Liverpool.
“Big Ange” kept up Spurs’ unbeaten start to the campaign with a controversial victory against the Reds in North London.
A 96th minute own-goal from Joel Matip secured the win for Tottenham, who played against ten men from the 26th minute and just nine men for the final 20 minutes.
The result was overshadowed by a shocking VAR call which ruled out a perfectly legal strike from Liverpool forward Luis Diaz.
His goal would have put the visitors ahead going into the break.
But there was another flashpoint in the first half when Richarlison and Klopp reportedly clashed on the touchline.

Football London claims the pair got into it early on, issuing words to each other as a high-tempo game played out on the pitch.

Richarlison joined the Londoners from Everton last year for £60million.
He bagged just three goals and four assists in 35 matches, with most of his appearances coming from the bench.
But this season has started much better, with two goals and two assists in eight games under Postecoglou.
And with Spurs failing to sign a like-for-like replacement following Harry Kane’s £104m move to Bayern Munich, the door is open for the Brazil star to nail down a regular spot in the starting XI.
