ALEX SCOTT enjoyed a night out celebrating with fellow England legend Leah Williamson after she was awarded her OBE by Prince William.
The much-loved footie pundit and telly presenter shared a snap on her Instagram of her ex-Lionesses team-mate Williamson celebrating her accolade last night.
Arsenal defender Leah, 26, captained England to European Championship glory in 2022 – the nation’s first honour since the men lifted the 1966 World Cup.
Unfortunately the icon was ruled out of the World Cup this summer as the Lionesses suffered heartbreak in the final against Spain.
But she will have been all-smiles on Wednesday after she met Prince William to be presented with her OBE at Windsor Castle.
Her loved ones joined her last night to toast that achievement, and Alex shared a snap of her pal sitting in front of a tasty treat at a restaurant table with the word “Congratulations” marked out in chocolate sauce and captioned it with “Proud of you”.

Meanwhile, it has been Alex in the headlines this week after The Sun revealed that the 38-year-old Football Focus host is dating pop star Jess Glynne.
The ex-England and Arsenal footy ace has been quietly seeing the superstar singer for the past two months.
They have enjoyed a series of dates before and after the Women’s World Cup.
And then on Tuesday night, the couple partied alongside David and Victoria Beckham at their exclusive Netflix documentary premiere after-party at The Twenty Two in West London.

Jess, 33, and Alex were pictured together side-by-side in July watching the tennis at Wimbledon and were later seen enjoying a boozy pub lunch in North West London just before the Women’s World Cup in August.
They stayed in contact as Alex travelled to Australia to cover the tournament for the BBC — before they met up again in London on her return.
Jess is the only British female solo artist to achieve seven UK No 1 singles, while former Lioness Alex also co-hosts the One Show on BBC away from her sporting punditry.
