Benn was due to fight Chris Eubank Jr in October 2022 however the bout was cancelled after he failed two voluntary drug tests.
His last fight was in April 2022 in which he beat Chris Van Heerden in Manchester.
Benn is not currently licensed to compete in the UK due to the ongoing and controversial doping saga.
Benn will look to restart his boxing career in Orlando, Florida as he takes on Rodolfo Orozco on the undercard of Richardson Hitchins’ super-lightweight clash with Jose Zepeda.
The Brit holds a valid license from the Florida Athletic Commission, so he will not be violating any rules to fight on Saturday.
