TOMMY FURY has built his body into a temple thanks to a strict training regime.
The former Love Islander has a hulking frame which has been used to amass a 9-0 record.
He most recently beat YouTuber-turned boxer Jake Paul in February and faces another social media star in KSI next Saturday.

In the Men’s Health video, he focusses on working his chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and his back.
Starting off with a dumbell bench press, doing ten reps over four sets, which is the same format for his bicep curls.
