Meet Misfits star Alex Wassabi’s stunning fiancee Alexxis Lemire who was cheerleader and posts sizzling bikini snaps

ALEX WASSABI is stepping into the Misfits boxing ring once again for his tag-team bout with NichLmao to go up against Luis Alcaraz Pineda and BDave.

But away from the ring the YouTuber-turned-boxer has won the fight of love with fiancee Alexxis Lemire.

Wassabi has plenty of followers online, with 3.3 million fans on Instagram alone.

However, his partner is a celebrity in her own right.

Alexxis has 304,000 followers on Instagram and often steals the show on her page with some steamy bikini snaps.

And her camera confidence should come as no surprise considering she used to be a competitive cheerleader and now works as an actor.

Cheerleading and acting career

Her credited work include starring roles in 2017 horror TV film Truth or Dare, 2018 thriller The Art of Murder and 2020 Netlfix original movie The Half of It.

Alexxis was born in Londonderry, New Hampshire to Puerto Rican mother Hilde Lemire and French father Jim Lemire.

She graduated from high school in 2014, where she was a part of the cheer team.

Aged 18 she moved to Los Angeles with her mum to pursue a career in acting, an art-form she feels deeply in-tuned with.

On the decision to move to LA, she told women’s magazine Elle: “I felt like acting was the only way I was able to express myself. I could step into these other roles and understand a little more about empathy.

“It’s definitely an escape – that’s what turned me onto it. And once I finally started to get callbacks and saw that my work was paying off, it felt almost addicting.”

However, it has not all been plain sailing.

Alexxis has revealed that her mixed-ancestry has seen her struggle to land some acting roles, being perceived as “too Latin” for some Caucasian roles and “not Latin enough” for others.

But away from the camera’s she has found love with social media sensation Wassabi.

The pair began dating in 2022, heading to Yamashiro for Sushi on their first date before a spot of bowling.

They seem to fervently enjoy each others company, often appearing in each others social media posts and attending a variety of events together, including an October 2022 trip to Hawaii.

By December the smitten couple announced their engagement and have not looked back since.

Supporting her fiance

In April, just before Creator Clash 2, Wassabi posted a pic with Alexxis of them at a wedding, teasing their own future plans.

He captioned the post: “We just attend weddings to practice poses for ours one day.”

After beating IDubbz in his fight, Wassabi was seen embracing Alexxis in celebration, affectionately commenting: “I was a winner before the fight even started having you by my side 🥰.”
