JAKE PAUL is set to rematch Nate Diaz in a mixed martial arts bout.
The pair met in the boxing ring back in August, with Paul winning via unanimous decision in Dallas.
Earlier this month, Paul hinted at potential bout with a professional boxer as he revealed he is targeting a return on December 15.
However, Most Valuable Promotions have now revealed Paul has accepted an offer from PFL for an MMA fight with Diaz.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the promoters said: “For the record: Jake Paul will not be boxing Nate Diaz again.
“Nate Diaz and Jake Paul have received an offer from @PFLMMA to rematch in MMA in the SmartCage. Jake Paul has accepted the offer.”

Paul signed a contract with the PFL back in January to fight MMA in the promotion’s “Super Fight” division.
As part of the multi-year deal, the YouTuber also acquired equity in the company.
Reacting to the news, one fan commented: “I got Paul by KO.”
Another added: “Wow… Respect to Jake.”

Some fans were more sceptical, though, as a third wrote: “I’ll believe it when I see it.”
Meanwhile, one more said: “Nate isn’t fighting in the PFL…”
Diaz is currently a free agent having left the UFC last year following the final fight on his contract.
His submission victory over Tony Ferguson at UFC 279 was his 16th in the promotion and took his pro MMA record to 21-13.
The potential bout with Paul would be the internet star’s MMA debut, although he does have a 7-1 boxing record with four knockouts.
