ANTHONY JOSHUA has undergone a bone-crunching chiropractic treatment ahead of his showdown with Jermaine Franklin.
The former two-time unified heavyweight champ is beginning to wind down his gruelling training camp for his comeback fight on April 1.
Joshua is now focused on recovering from the brutal stress he’s put his body under – and that’s included some spinal decompression.
AJ recently visited chiropractor Dr Ali Elahi to get an adjustment and relieve some of the pressure in his back and the rest of his body.
Joshua, 33, laid down on a drop table and had his spine crunched by Elahi’s trademarked Ring Ding apparatus.
Elahi also used a towel to crack AJ’s neck, wrapping it under his chin and yanking it.

After having his neck cracked and feeling the release of pressure, Joshua said: “That was a lot of decompression.
“I feel like that was a lot of built-up tension that has just been released from my body.”
Joshua continued to marvel at the effectiveness of the treatment, saying: “Oh my gosh.
“I understand what you say when you say, ‘I’ll never feel anything like that before.’ Respect.”

“It wasn’t just my spine. Everything.
“Like my whole back, my shoulders – everything felt like it went.
