Eddie Hearn reveals he looks in the mirror and says ‘f***ing hell yeah’ after incredible body transformation

EDDIE HEARN says “f***ing hell yeah” to himself in the mirror when he looks at his new and improved physique, the boxing promoter has revealed.

Hearn, 44, has embarked on a demanding 10-week workout programme to get in shape.

On Thursday, his impressive results were showcased on the front of Men’s Health magazine.

And the outspoken promoter, who represents heavyweight superstar Anthony Joshua, admits his trimmer look has given him even more confidence.

Speaking to Men’s Health UK, he said: “When I wake up in the morning, I go into the bathroom and I get a glimpse of myself and go, ‘F**king hell yeah,’ and that’s good enough.

“That makes me feel great for the day.”

Hearn, who ran the London Marathon in 2014, always “hated” the gym until recently.

But he knew he had to do something about his health as he entered middle age – with the Essex-born businessman conceding he once feared for his life.

Referencing how the demands of his job escalated in 2021, he said: “The workload trebled, and I just thought to myself, one, you can’t do this for very long if you continue living the same lifestyle, and two, you might die.

“As extreme as that sounds, I’ve got a history of heart problems in the family.

“I’ve got a job that’s full of stress. I’m not really sleeping. My diet’s s**t. I’m not training that much. I’m overweight.

“It’s all the classic signs of a short lifespan.”

Now his outlook has completely changed as he focuses on improving his fitness even further.

He added: “Right now, physically, I feel better than I’ve ever felt in my life, and I’m 44 years old.

“I’m excited to see what’s going to happen in six months, what’s going to happen in 12 months, what’s going to happen in three years.”

Last week, Hearn watched Joshua, 34, stop Otto Wallin in the main event of a blockbuster show in Saudi Arabia.

But a clash with long-time rival Deontay Wilder appears to be off the table after the hard-hitting American, 38, was outboxed as he lost to Joseph Parker by unanimous decision.
