EBANIE BRIDGES has slammed Carl Froch’s comments about YouTuber boxing after he ripped into Tommy Fury’s clash with KSI.
Love Island star Fury, 24, beat KSI, 30, by unanimous decision at the AO Arena in Manchester on Saturday night.
Internet sensation Logan Paul also featured on the Misfits Boxing card as he beat MMA star Dillon Danis by disqualification.
After the event, former world champion boxer Froch, 46, called on Misfits Boxing to come to an end, labelling the concept “absolute crap”.
Now IBF bantamweight champion Bridges, 37, has had her say as she directly hit back at Froch’s comments on social media.
Responding to a tweet quoting Froch’s words, she said: “But yet y’all keep watching it, talking about it, promoting it, sharing it, good or bad this will keep it growing and making money…

“I feel like there is a lot more boxing casual fans than purists… and the casuals barely know the difference between good and bad boxing.
“Look at how many people thought McGregor could beat Mayweather…. Like the fact people actually debated that shows purists and traditional boxing fans are the minority.
“NOT TO MENTION these events are PACKED from the first fight.. and it ain’t purists filling those arenas out….u never see that in pro boxing shows, NEVER. So keep whinging and promoting it 😂.”
She continued: “You all complain like influencer boxing IS pro boxing… it’s not lol, it’s a circus and it’s entertainment just like WWE.

“Stop comparing and expecting it to be like pro boxing, that’s like asking MMA to be like pro boxing 🤦🏼♀️. Just let the guys make their money, they ain’t fighting for WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO world titles or taking anyones money…
“They making money cos they are famous in their own right… got nothing to do with boxing skill… people need to chill tf out. It’s embarassing watching the boxing world complain.”
One fan then pulled Bridges up on her comment about McGregor – who was stopped by Mayweather in the 10th round of their crossover bout in 2017.
McGregor and Bridges have been pictured together in recent months, with the boxing world champion helping to promote his Forged Irish Stout brand.
The fan said: “That’s the forged stout sponsorship gone 😂😂😂.”
To which Bridges replied: “Not at all, the guy made bank with that fight, he’s smart.
“He ain’t a soft c**k like half the people on here and gonna cry about not being a favourite to beat one of the all time greatest boxers…”
Bridges then finished her rant by replying to another of her followers who asked what Fury is gaining from being a part of YouTuber boxing.

Bridges said: “Cash. Money. In the end of the day when u retire, u want to have money for u and ur family.
“Pretty sure he and his family know he will never be a world champion so he might as well capitalise in influencer boxing.”
