DAVE ALLEN has announced he will return to the ring next month after undergoing a body transformation.
The heavyweight has lost three stone and is preparing for an upcoming bout.
He shared two photos side by side which highlight the progress he has made over the past few weeks.
Allen now looks toned and fight-ready after losing his big belly.
He captioned the photos: “Big changes made to end 2022, massive 2023 coming up 🦏🧱.”
The White Rhino announced his next fight will take place on February 18th but he confused fans about who he will face in the squared circle.

The Fight Academy flyer also states Allen will fight at Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane with tickets starting from £50, and ringside seats priced at £100.
Allen’s last fight came in March last year when he defeated Bulgarian Milen Paunov in the second round via technical knock-out.
