Joshua’s past willingness to share his thoughts on his Brit rival, however, didn’t stop TNT Sports presenter Woods from getting his latest thoughts on the WBC heavyweight king.

He told the TNT Sports Boxing Channel’s host: “If I call people dossers for certain things and the same thing happens to me, what does that make me?”

Woods didn’t mince her words in her jokey reply to AJ, saying “a dosser” before briefly laughing.

Joshua, 34, saw the funny side and replied: “He’s a dosser ain’t?”

Watford warrior Joshua – who is gearing up to face Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia next weekend – has often opted against launching vicious tirades against Fury.

Although he admits he has thought about tearing into his counterpart on more than one occasion.

When pressed to describe the eccentric Fury in one word, Joshua didn’t mess around.

He simply said: “Diva.”

Despite a fight between the pair seemingly being a million miles away from coming to fruition, British boxing fans are still desperate to see Joshua and Fury trade blows.

Joshua himself is keen to share the ring with the Wythenshawe warrior, who he believes wouldn’t be able to pull off his wide array of tricks on him.

The London 2012 Olympic gold medallist said: “It would be a good fight, a good fight.

“I’m too quick, too strong, he can’t lean on me, can’t throw me about and I’m explosive. I can knock people out.

“I knock a lot of people out. It would be early, he’s a good fighter, but I’ll be there, I’ll be there 100 per cent.”
