ARSENAL take on PSV Eindhoven in the Europa League tonight in what should be an entertaining clash.
But all week there has been chatter over what shorts the Gunners are going to wear for the game.
Arsenal have released three kits ahead of the new season, so you’d be wise in thinking that there are numerous options on the table for the North London side.
But with PSV’s home kit a mix of red, white and black, the Gunners have had to come up with something a little bit different.
They will be wearing WHITE shorts with their black away kit.
Why are Arsenal wearing white shorts against PSV?
PSV’s home shirt is red and white striped, while their shorts are black.
Arsenal, for obvious reasons, can’t wear their home kit, but their away kit is all black, leaving the two sides with matching shorts.
The away side also have a third kit, which is pink and navy, but from a supporter’s point of view in the stadium, PSV’s white and red could look very similar to pink.
It was originally reported, then, that Arsenal would wear grey shorts tonight.

But it’s now been confirmed that they will wear their black away jersey, white ‘one-off’ shorts and black socks.
Arsenal beat PSV last week at the Emirates and they can secure top spot in their group this week with a win.
Arteta’s side have already qualified for the knockout stages of the competition.
PSV sit in second place in the group with 7 points, five behind Arsenal, but three ahead of third-place Bodo/Glimt, with Zurich last on zero points.
